WORKSHOP SCHEDULE & DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES
Check-In: 9:00–10:00AM

Morning Lecture: How to translate classical pedagogy into other genres, and how to identify common parameters. ​​
Lunch: 12:00–1:00PM
End-Time: 4:30PM

Afternoon lecture/demonstration: "Style Conditioning" (exercises specific to each genre) explained and contrasted with general voice training; examples of style conditioning exercises for jazz, gospel, musical theater and contemporary styles.

Afternoon interactive session: Application of conditioning exercises and parameters to songs; group coaching; wrap-up and homework.

All Other Attendees: $50 per person, plus a $2 processing fee for debit/credit cards
LUNCH
Lunch is $20 per person (members, non-members, and students) and will be the deluxe Chipotle buffet which includes vegan and gluten-free items. The buffet includes barbacoa beef, spicy chicken, vegan sofritas, black beans, pinto beans, cilantro-lime brown or white rice, fajita veggies, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, queso blanco, lettuce, corn tortillas and flour tortillas. Sparkling water and soda/pop. A $1 processing fee will be added to debit/credit card payments.
