Housing Options

On-Campus Housing Option

 

Availability: 

Thursday, November 5 through Saturday, November 7. 

 

NATS Rates:

• $41 per person/per night for a double room

• $51 per person/per night for a single room, as available

• Payment for rooms must be made in full at the time of registration.

 

Room Information:

• Linens are included (pillow, blanket/comforter, sheets, towel, washcloth).

• Bathrooms are shared for the whole floor. (NATS will have its own wing.)

• Registrants can request who they stay with. 

• Who Can Stay In the Dorm Room:

  • College Students, NATS Members, Pianists, Chaperones (must be 18 years of age or older)

  • High School and Middle School Students (NOTE: All minors must have a parent, guardian, or approved chaperone stay with them in the same room. Minors may not stay in a dorm room unaccompanied. High School students 18 or older may stay alone in their room or with another 18+ person.)

• Check-In Process:

  • Residence hall check-in will be at the Oak Hall front desk. If you are staying on Thursday night, you may check-in any time between 2:00-11:00pm on Thursday. Oak Hall closes at 11:00pm every day. Check-in will reopen on Friday morning at 8:00am. 

  • Check-out will be at 11:00am after your final night’s stay. 

• No refunds available.

On-Campus Housing Registration Cutoff:

November 1, 2026 or when rooms are no longer available, whichever comes first.

• Preferred Roommate, if applicable
